Crunch&SipĀ®

Crunch&Sip® is a set break to eat fruit or salad vegetables and drink water in the classroom. Students 're-fuel' with fruit or vegetables during the morning or afternoon – assisting physical and mental performance and concentration in the classroom.

This FREE program does not require schools to become members of Healthy Kids SCA to participate.

On this page you can find information for NSW schools participating in the Crunch&Sip® program. You can also see all the NSW Crunch&Sip® schools that are committed to nutrition education.

Hi,Would anyone have a recipe for Christmas cookies. Looking to make some for the children at school.

4 Year-Old Lunchbox Ideas

My 4 year old daughter is a fussy eater and all she wants for her packed lunch is cheese and cucumber sandwiches or egg mayo sandwiches. Trying to get her to eat any other filling results in her bringing the whole thing back home uneaten. Keen to get some other ideas and how to get her to expand her tastes.
